What’s the minimum lead time?
Drop-off catering: 24 hours. Buffet service: 48 hours. Full private events: 1 week or more, depending on guest count and menu customization. Whenever possible, we’ll work to accommodate last-minute requests — just call.
Do you serve alcohol at events?
Yes. We offer a full bar including cocktails, beer, and a curated Italian wine list. Custom wine pairings and bar packages (open bar, consumption, or cash bar) are available for private events.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely — vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free options are available across every menu. Let us know about allergies in your inquiry and we’ll label everything clearly on the day.
Do you offer delivery or off-site catering?
Yes. We deliver drop-off and buffet catering within roughly 15 miles of Boynton Beach — including Delray Beach, Lake Worth, Wellington, Boca Raton and Lantana. Delivery fees vary by distance.
What’s included in buffet service?
Buffet service includes a server, full setup, table linens, chafing dishes to keep food hot, serving utensils, and complete breakdown at the end of the event. Plates, napkins and disposable cutlery are included for drop-off.
Can we bring our own cake?
Yes — we welcome outside birthday and celebration cakes. A $25 cake-cutting fee applies, which covers plating, serving, and cleanup.
